CAST

Definition: overall bias toward one color in a color photograph.

Definition: An image's overall shift in colour at any point in the process, from photography to scanning and image processing. The almost white and almost black areas of an image tend to take on a colour -- often red, blue, or yellow -- and display an unnatural appearance.
